We’re a family-run business from the south shore of Massachusetts. We are very active and don’t like to sit still for long. From backpacking and camping trips to high end resort pampering, we like to try it all. Our favorite trips are those that combine a little bit of both but always include a true cultural experience.
Michelle Millerd
The whole process starts and ends here with local connection help along the way. Michelle manages all bookings and itinerary creations. After years of professional work as a Nurse-Midwife, she has launched a second career using her extensive travel experience to help others create personalized trips of a lifetime.
Bailey Millerd
Always looking for the next adventure herself, Bailey is our host with the most at our Snowmass property. With a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Management, Bailey prides herself on her organized approach to having a travel plan that allows for a little spontaneity and relaxation amongst some serious adventures. Salty Mountain has also been taking advantage of her photography and social media skills.

We do not want your trip to be run of the mill. Sure, there might be a cheesy tourist thing that is totally worth it, but we will make sure you have experiences most visitors never even know about as well. No two trips are alike.
The Local
We believe the whole point to travel is not only to see amazing things, but to also meet amazing people. In addition we believe our visits to new communities should benefit the people of these communities. We try to get as local as you let us always looking to use local businesses, vendors and guidance.
The Individualized
We aim to help create an itinerary that is specific to the needs and wants of the traveler(s). We are also available to accompany your group through its itinerary, being only as involved as you desire.
