Speaking of taste, with over 100 restaurants to choose from, any foodies in your group will be more than satisfied. When to visit Aspen & Snowmass
The ski season starts as early as November, with all mountains opening by first week in December, and carries into April. There is a full calendar of events throughout the winter including Winterskol, Aspen Gay Ski Week and X-Games. July – August are popular summer months, but don’t underestimate the beauty of the fall foliage season Sept & October. May and November are quiet but best off season pricing for accommodations.
