Updated kitchen and appliances, comfortable living room, open dining area, private screened lanai. Primary bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom with large shower, deep jetted tub, double sinks. Portable shower chair, removable shower handle, assistance bars for shower and toilet. Bedroom 2, two twin beds or combine for split king, full 2nd bathroom. Queen pull-out couch in living room or self inflating air mattress. First floor unit, less than 50 yards from pool and Club, yet still quiet and private. High speed internet with WiFi. Smart TV for streaming channels with local antennae channels.
Guest access
Entire unit open to guests with free parking. Full access to Naples Bay Resort, Club, and Marina open to all guests. Resort admin fee ($200) and Club fee ($55/day) charged by Naples Bay Resort upon check-in. Reduced rates in off season May 1-10/31 ($100/$40). Bikes, powerboats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards available for rent through marina store.

This is beautiful, relaxing area. Unique village like atmosphere. Safe area to walk during all hours. Upscale shopping and discount shopping both near by.

Free parking right outside unit. Free shuttle service from Naples Bay Resort to beach and downtown. Walker and biker friendly. Bike rentals available from Naples Bay Resort, Western Bikes and Bike Route. Public Bus CAT with routes throughout Collier County. Uber available as well as local private taxi.

Beach towels are provided. Pool towels provided at Club. Exit cleaning included, additional cleaning services available upon requested. Naples Bay Resort has shuttle services to beach and downtown, but is also easy bike ride or good walk. Bike rentals are available through Naples Bay Resort, Western Bikes, or Bike Route.
